We believe in the importance of physical education, and our kids’ programs provide a wide variety of movement-based fun activities!

Kids Night Out!

Birthday Parties

are THE way to celebrate a child’s personal new year! As you may suspect, Old City Kids’ parties are movement-based with a choice of 60 min of BJJ, or 60 min of CrossFit. Each coach-led segment will go over specific skills and games while having a blast. This is followed by pizza at our CrossFit location, an obstacle course, and dessert. We provide the pizza, you bring the dessert.

Field Trips

build community with our local schools and kids organizations. We offer field trips for Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit. Both teach kids about the importance of movement and expose them to new sports, and unlock confidence.  Field Trips are 1.5 hours long and are a blast! Great for schools, scout groups, church groups, and homeschoolers.

School Year Camps 

are a perfect way to keep the kids active when DCPS is in recess. Spend the day with us playing at the gym, practicing Jiu-Jitsu & CrossFit skills led by a qualified coach, and enjoying some outdoor time at local playgrounds. Each camp will rotate a variety of activities, including art, biking/scooting, gardening, cooking, scavenger hunts, biathlons, and more! Camps will be capped at 20 kids.

Summer Camp

will blow you out of the water, or in this case, into the water! Our Summer Camp is held on Gallaudet’s Campus. Join us for a day of outdoor fun, art, Jiu-Jitsu, CrossFit, AND Swimming! Registration Opens in January.
