POLICIES
We have designed these policies to give you and your children the best possible experience and to allow us to efficiently and effectively administer all of your needs. We believe these policies are fair, and it is always our goal to be fair and treat you right. Please remember that we are a small business serving the community to the best of our ability. You are agreeing to our policies upon registering for any of our programs.
1. All Programs must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the first day of attendance or in accordance with available payment plans.
2. There are no refunds, credits, or make-ups. We do not guarantee transfers; however, if there is a camp at a later week that has availability, we will facilitate transfers on a case-by-case basis. Email camps@oldcityswimschool.com for all transfer requests.
3. Deposits are non-refundable. Any outstanding balance owed may be canceled with no charge or penalty with a minimum of 30 days notice of the commencement of the summer camp session.
4. Missed days will not be refunded or credited.
5. Drop off is from 8:45 – 9:15 am. For an extra fee, there is an early drop-off option that starts at 8 am.
6. All programs end at 3 PM. Our extended stay program provides pick-up as late as 6 pm.
7. There is a late fee for late pick-ups. Late pick-up fees will be charged for each child picked up later than 3:15 PM (or 6 pm for extended-stay children). Late fees will be charged to your account at the rate of:
- $25 – 1st occurrence
- $50 – 2nd occurrence
- $100 – 3rd occurrence
- We reserve the right to unenroll your child from our programs after the 4th occurrence.
8. We’re here to work with you. Things happen, schedules change, kids get sick and hurt. For our camps, if children are injured and unable to attend our camps because of an extended extreme physical impairment (broken bones, sprains, or stitches) we will consider a credit depending upon our enrollment numbers, lead time to the event, and injury. We do not give credits for cancelations made within 48 hours. Illnesses such as colds, fevers, viral infections or the like do not apply. Acts of any god, weather-related cancelations, or simple mistakes with your schedule are also not reasons for refunds.
9. We reserve the right to cancel or modify camps due to low enrollment. This is a last resort, and we do this to ensure your athlete has an exceptional experience with other kids as our programming is geared and also to protect the integrity of our mission. We’ll be in touch early on and get your feedback before we make any decisions!
